Submissions are invited from degree-seeking undergraduate students (or within one year post graduation) who are conducting research in cooperation with a faculty mentor at the University of Arkansas.

Summer Research Internships

The University of Arkansas offers National Science Foundation Research Experiences for Undergraduates (NSF REU), which provide undergraduate students with paid, intensive summer research experiences.

An REU provides undergraduates with hands-on research experience, mentorship, professional development, and preparation for graduate school or future careers.

Undergraduate Research Symposium

Hosted by the University Libraries, the Office of Undergraduate Research and the Honors College, the Undergraduate Research Symposium spotlights student-driven inquiry across disciplines. Leading up to the event, students can take part in panels, workshops and one-on-one support designed to sharpen their skills, focus their research and connect with mentors.
